We often talk about the privilege of the nomadic lifestyle, but we rarely discuss the heavy lifting it requires. For a highly sensitive person (HSP), shifts in cultural nuances, languages, or even the sensory change in their surroundings are not just mental; they are visceral. Without the right tools, these transitions can lead to overwhelm, turning a path of growth into a series of stumbling stones.
What I offer:
As a certified HSP Coach and seasoned traveler, I help highly sensitive nomads and expats navigate the visceral "inner recalibration" of a life in motion, helping you build a portable haven of grounded lightness no matter where you are in the world. I offer online 1:1 sessions in English, German, French, and Spanish designed to help you move past overwhelm and toward the broadening horizons we seekers strive for.
My own journey:
For the past 15 years—the same amount of time I have been exploring the concept of high sensitivity—I have been moving between my home base of Vienna, Austria, and five different countries across three continents. After a double Master’s degree and several years in translation, I eventually felt a calling toward work with a deeper purpose: helping people directly.
Through periods of personal transition, my path has been shaped by mindfulness, Buddhism, and yoga. Today, I value profound human resonance and a connection with nature above all else—values I practice while "nomading" around the world with my partner.

I help highly sensitive travelers and expats find emotional stability in a life of constant change. I use science-backed somatic coaching to help them turn their sensitivity from a source of overwhelm into a grounded asset, ensuring they feel at home in their own skin, even when they’re thousands of miles from where they started.

Plattform & Methoden
I support my clients by integrating psychological insight with neurobiological regulation. My approach works on two primary levels:
Cognitive Perspective - through targeted conversation, mental exercises, and visualizations, we foster your ability to analyze challenges from new angles and develop your own creative solutions.
Somatic Integration - we use body-based practices, including mindfulness and somatic work, to stabilize the nervous system and build resilience from the inside out.
Additionally, I often give my clients homework, suggesting exercises, reading material or providing them with tailored worksheets to foster autonomous analysis and self-regulation.
I work with artificial intelligence, i.e. Gemini and Fireflies, for session recordings and in-depth analysis as well as preparation or our sessions. The use of these tools is optional.
